We were thrilled to recently have been a part of a really fun baby shower. So happy The Bright Lights Events asked us to collaborate with them! The shower was featured at Style Me Pretty Living. We loved adding to the creativity of this event. We supplied our rental items, as well as handmade personal touches. Have a look!
A beautiful hand lettered welcome sign set the tone as soon as you arrived at the door. Be sure to check out Sunshine Ink. Those girls make amazing hand-lettered decor for your home, office, special event.
We created a macrame wall hangings and custom table chandelier. I love how our amber glass vases looked here. The gorgeous florals were supplied by Rogue Florist. This table was the perfect dessert buffet.
Just look at these macaroons! Everything was delicious.
We made these dream catchers and macrame vase holders. They were the perfect touch.
These hanging macrame plant hangers we made served dual purpose as decor as well as prizes for the fun shower games.
I sourced those pretty blue vintage floral napkins and the indigo tie-dyed was a fun DIY.
This Tea Pop bar was my favourite. Guests could design their own Tea Pop right down the "make your own garnish" bar. We have been making Tea pops at our house for awhile. The kids love them, and so much better then soda pop. Here is the recipe for the syrup if you are interested!
Tea Pop Syrup
3 Teaspoons of tea (You pick, the skies the limit)
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
Simmer all ingredients for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes very fragrant. Allow to cool, strain in a fine strainer. Fill glass with ice. Add 2 tablespoons of syrup (or to your taste) top with sparkling water, garnish and enjoy!
The make your own onesie station was a hit! Very simple to set up, colours were kept in theme for the shower. We were able to set up the Onesie station outside, which worked out perfect because it was right next to the coffee bar. Yes a coffee bar.
When Jacks Coffee Bar starting setting up in my backyard, I may have geeked out a little. Then completely over caffeinated myself. If you are looking to give your event something fun and unique, I could not recommend this duo more. They are personable and fun. Plus they make a killer cup of coffee.
Isn't our mama to be cute? She looked adorable in her floral crown.
A beautiful way to make the guest of honour feel special. It was a great afternoon.
