Questions are always welcome and we have thought through a few that might be on your mind as you browse and contemplate reserving select items.  If you don’t see your question below, feel free to contact us directly at info@adorneventrentals.com.  


Q: Can I personally view your inventory?

 

A:  We would be happy to set up an appointment in Surrey, BC at a mutually convenient time.

 

Q: Do you have an inventory pricing list?

A:  As each occasion is tailored to each client, quotes can vary based on quantity of individual items and volume requested.

 

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A:  Our minimum order is $25.  

 

Q: How will I pick up/drop off my Adorn rentals?

 

 

Q: How far in advance do I need to reserve my rentals?

 

Q: What method of payment do you accept?  Is there a deposit required?

A:  Rentals will be available one day prior to the event rental date for pick up and are due back the day following the event unless alternate arrangements have been made.  The location for pick up and drop off is Surrey, BC.  Delivery is available but a charge may apply.

 

A:  All rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.  Please take into consideration our high seasons are spring and summer (April to September).  In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend you order as soon as you have made your decision.

 

A:  We currently accept cash, cheque or Interac e-Transfer.  We request a deposit of 20% in order to guarantee your order.  The balance is due upon pick up.
